How do I know you've received my order?

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email, be sure to check your junk inbox too as it may be in there. We also get a confirmation to say an order has been placed. If, for some reason, you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact us and we will check to make sure your order has gone through.

What are your delivery options?

We offer a flat rate $10 shipping fee throughout Australia.

Alternatively if you are located in Goulburn NSW, delivery is an option for an additional $5 or free pick up.

How do I know when my order is dispatched?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive and email with tracking information.

My order was received damaged, what can I do?

If your order is damaged on arrival, contact us immediately. Please email teecandleco@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the damaged items.

Can I return my order if I'm not happy with it?

If you are not satified with your order, you can return your items and we will happily exchange or refund within 21 days of your purchase. The items must be in the orginal packaging and in an unused state. Please allow 4-7 days for processing and understand that we cannot refund postage and packaging unless goods are deemed to be faulty. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

All sale item purchases are final and as is - there will be no replacements or refunds.
